Step Two – Phone call one – introduction
A member of our team will call you to touch base and answer any immediate initial questions you may have.
Step Three – Phone call two – open relationship
Both parties engage in a frank discussion about lifestyle goals, financial backing and existing skill sets.
Step Four – Interview One
You visit our head office to meet the team, see the systems and get a feel for our culture.
We expand further on the numbers, the training and the model strengths.
Step Five – Due Diligence
We want to make sure that you are the right fit for our model and that you have the best chance for success. To determine that we need to know a bit more about you. We will ask you to complete a questionnaire detailing your past experiences, support from family at home, financial position, lifestyle goals as well as your strengths and weaknesses.
Step Six – Reference Checks
We will need to hear from people that know you well in order to establish the right fit.
Step Seven – Interview Two – Immediate partners present
It is important when going into business that you have the support of partners and family. We like to meet your support team and also allow them to ask any questions and feel comfortable with the offering.
Step Eight -– Instruction to proceed – Deposit paid
If both parties are aligned, we set the ball rolling. You pay a deposit and we issue the franchise documents for review by your professional team. Cooling off periods are in place and then documents are signed.
Step Nine – Site Selection
A suitable site is located to establish your business.
Step Ten – Induction and training
Dates are established for your induction and training commences.
